NovaAviators is an aviation technology company in Greater Noida. Today we build the websites, the marketing and the software that charter, helicopter and travel businesses run on. Alongside that, we are building the ERP, CRM and booking platform private aviation has never had.

None of this happens because operators are careless. The good tools were built for other industries, and nobody built one for this one. We know because we run a charter business ourselves.
Rates, positioning, crew duty and the right GST rate sit in different places, so the customer waits while someone works it out on a calculator. The operator who answers first usually wins the trip.
WhatsApp, a phone call, a Meta ad, the website form. Some get answered twice by two people. Some are found the next morning, after the customer has booked elsewhere.
Availability and positioning live in one person's head, and that person is on another call. Quoting a trip the fleet cannot fly costs more than losing it.
Crew licences, medicals, insurance renewals and the DGCA paperwork trail are tracked by whoever remembers to check. One missed date can ground an aircraft.
