We are not an AI company and we are not going to pretend to be one. We take on four narrow jobs where a machine removes work a person is doing by hand today, and we run the cloud that our own systems sit on. Everything else on this page is a list of what we will not build.
Where the money goes
We have been pitched all three ourselves. None of them are scams. They are just projects that were never going to pay.
It gets bolted onto a website that has six pages and no documentation. The bot invents answers, customers stop trusting it, and it quietly gets switched off in month four.
Workshops, a roadmap, a forty-slide deck about transformation. Six months later not one person's daily work has changed, because no software was ever written.
It arrives monthly, it grows, and the person who set it up has left. Servers sized for a launch that happened two years ago are still running at three in the morning.
What we take on
If your problem is not on this list, we are probably the wrong people, and we would rather say so in the first call than in month three.
Vendor bills, purchase orders, delivery notes, KYC papers, insurance documents. Fields come out as data, with a confidence score on each one, and anything uncertain goes to a person rather than into your ledger.
Emails, forms and WhatsApp messages read, classified and routed. Urgent to the right person in minutes, quotations to sales, invoices to accounts, and the rubbish filed without anyone reading it.
A search box over your manuals, policies, contracts and past quotations that answers in a sentence and shows which page it came from. Your documents only, and it says so when it does not know.
What to stock, when the season turns, which route fills up. Built from your own sales history, and only when there is enough of it to be worth trusting.
What we will not build
Any agency will say yes to all of this. Saying no is how you can tell whether the yes meant anything.
That takes a research team and a budget in crores. We use models that already exist and put them to work on your data. Anyone offering to train one for a mid-sized Indian business is selling something else.
No workshops, no roadmap deck, no transformation programme. We quote for software that changes somebody's Monday, or we do not quote.
A bot with nothing to read from makes answers up and damages your name. Write the content first. Then a bot is worth discussing.
Most of what gets sold as AI is an if-then rule with better marketing. Rules are cheaper, faster and explainable. We reach for them first and tell you when we have.
Forecasting needs history. Document reading needs documents. If the data has not been collected yet, the first project is collecting it, and that is a different, cheaper job.
Every project starts with the number it has to move: hours removed, errors avoided, rupees saved. If nobody can name that number, there is nothing to hold us to.
The cloud part
We are not a cloud consultancy. We run the infrastructure under the systems we build, and we know where the money leaks, because we have paid those bills ourselves.
The web apps and websites we deliver, running on your own AWS, Google Cloud or DigitalOcean account, sized for what you actually use.
Daily automatic backups, and a restore carried out in front of you before handover. An untested backup is a rumour, not a safety net.
Uptime checks, error alerts and a monthly note on what broke and what it cost. Not a dashboard nobody opens.
Migration from shared hosting, an old VPS or a machine in the office, done over a weekend with a rollback plan written before we start.
How we work
Hours of typing, errors, rupees. If we cannot agree on what should move and by how much, we stop here and nobody has spent anything.
Two weeks, paid, on a sample of your own documents or history. You see the accuracy on your papers, not on a demo. Plenty of projects end here honestly.
Where the machine is unsure, a person decides. That screen gets built before the clever part, because it is what makes the clever part safe to use.
For a few weeks the system and the person both do the job, and we compare. Nobody switches off the old process on a promise.
Your cloud account, your data, your API keys, your bill. Documented well enough that another developer can take it on without ringing us.
Who we build for
Straight answers
Start here
That is the whole qualifying question. If there is no pile, and no number that should move, we will say there is nothing here worth building and you will have lost twenty minutes.
Can we count your visit? Google Analytics tells us which pages help people. It runs only if you say yes, and never for adverts. Details
