We are looking for a CTO who wants to be a co-founder.

One role, open now. Not a job we are filling to grow a headcount. We are building the ERP, CRM and booking platform that private charter has never had, and we want the person who will own how it is built.

The role

Own the platform from the first line of code.

We are early and we say so plainly. There is no live product yet. Phase 1 is a build of six to eight months: CRM and leads, flight and crew scheduling, quoting and invoicing with GST handled properly, licence and DGCA alerts, and the customer booking portal that feeds all of it. The whole plan is published here, so you can judge it before you talk to us.

WHAT YOU WOULD OWN
  • The architecture, the stack and the call on what gets built first.
  • Hiring and leading the engineering team as it grows past the current eleven of us.
  • Working directly with two or three design-partner operators while Phase 1 is being written.
  • The line between what we sell today and what we promise, which we keep honest on purpose.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • Someone who has shipped and run a real product, not only led a team that did.
  • Comfort with a multi-tenant SaaS: scheduling, roles and permissions, billing, audit trails.
  • The judgement to say a feature is not worth building, and to say it to a founder.
  • Aviation experience is welcome and not required. We can teach the domain. We cannot teach ownership.

What people ask before they write in.

Is this a salaried role or an equity role?
Both, and we will talk about the split openly on the first call rather than after three rounds. The title is co-founder because the decisions are founder decisions.
Do I have to be in Greater Noida?
For this role, mostly yes. The operators we are building for are here, the team is here, and Phase 1 is the period where sitting in the same room matters most. Tell us your situation and we will be straight about whether it can work.
Do I need aviation experience?
No. Our founders run a charter business, so the domain is in the building already. What we cannot supply is someone who will own the architecture and carry the build.
Are you hiring for anything else?
Not right now. When we are, it will be on this page. We would rather leave this page almost empty than list roles we are not really filling.
