About us.
We were the customer first.

Karan Suri and Amit Kumar started NovaAviators in Greater Noida on 29 April 2025. Karan also founded AeroPaarth, a private aviation company. Before we built software for anyone, we bought it. A lot of what we bought went wrong, and this company is what we learned.

The short version

An aviation company that needed software nobody in India was selling.

AeroPaarth arranges private jet and helicopter charters and air ambulances across India. An enquiry there is often an emergency, and the customer decides in minutes whether to trust a website. The charter software built for the United States and Europe does not fit how India works, and the local option is usually a spreadsheet.

So in April 2025, Karan Suri and Amit Kumar started NovaAviators to build software properly. First for AeroPaarth, then for other businesses with the same kind of problems: an enquiry that goes missing, a quote that lives in Excel, a website nobody dares to touch. And in the long run, the aviation platform India and Asia do not have yet.

WHY THE NAME

Aviators is where we come from. Before satellite navigation, aviators crossed oceans by taking sightings of the stars. A nova is a star that suddenly becomes visible, which is what a small team in Greater Noida would like to be.

Why we exist

The rulebook we wrote as customers.

Everything on the left happened to us, on websites and systems we paid for. Each one is now a rule we work by, for every client.

WHAT HAPPENED

An enquiry form stopped sending half of what customers typed into it. It looked fine from the outside, which is why nobody noticed.

THE RULE NOW

Every form is tested with a real enquiry and a spam one before launch, and again after every change. We check what arrives, not what the screen says.

WHAT HAPPENED

A premium plugin on a website we paid for turned out not to have a genuine licence. We found out when it needed a security update and could not get one.

THE RULE NOW

Every licence, domain, hosting account and cloud login is opened in your name, and you hold the passwords. There is nothing to buy back if you leave.

WHAT HAPPENED

A website was built on a theme that could never be updated, because updating it would have wiped the pages.

Code written by hand, documented, and readable by the next developer, whoever that turns out to be.

WHAT HAPPENED

A security scare meant restoring a site from backup, and finding out in that moment which backups actually worked.

THE RULE NOW

Backups stored off the server, a restore we perform in front of you before handover, and two-factor logins from the first day.

This website is the proof. After row two, we rebuilt it by hand.

Amit Kumar

CO-FOUNDER · TECHNOLOGY

Amit looks after the technology: how each system is built, how it is tested, and how it is handed over so that it keeps working after we have gone.

That is the whole team, both founders included. In a company this size there is no account manager between you and the people doing the work. When you ask a question, the person answering it is the person who will build the answer.

Who founded NovaAviators?

Is NovaAviators part of AeroPaarth?
No. NovaAviators Digital Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is its own company. It shares a founder with AeroPaarth, since Karan Suri started both, and AeroPaarth is also one of our clients.
How big is the team?
Four people, including both founders. There is no account manager between you and the people building the work.
Where are you based?
NX-ONE, T4-A601, Tech Zone IV, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201306. Clients elsewhere in India and abroad work with us over video calls.
Why is it called NovaAviators?
Aviators is where we come from: the company was started by the founder of a private aviation business. A nova is a star that suddenly becomes visible, which is what a small new team hopes to be.
