AeroPaarth arranges private jet and helicopter charters and air ambulances across India. An enquiry there is often an emergency, and the customer decides in minutes. Every part of their technology and digital work runs through us.
What we built and run
Before this, the same customer could arrive on WhatsApp, on a phone call and through the website, and nobody could see the full conversation. The work below closed that gap.
The public site and the enquiry forms behind it, including the air ambulance and international forms where a dropped field costs a booking.
Leads from the website, WhatsApp and Meta ads land in a single system, so the team sees one customer instead of three.
Call recordings and WhatsApp conversations sit on the customer record, so whoever picks up the follow-up already knows what was promised.
Bulk messaging through the official API, and a bot that answers the questions that used to interrupt the operations desk.
Staff records, attendance and the paperwork that otherwise lives in a folder on somebody's desktop.
Search, social and paid campaigns, run to enquiries rather than impressions.
The change, in practical terms
Nothing here is a clever feature. It is the difference between a customer being answered and a customer being missed, which in charter is the whole business.
We are not naming the CRM product at the client's request. The integration work, the automation and the reporting on top of it are ours.
The marketing side
Helicopter pilgrimage is a season business: the demand arrives in a narrow window and disappears. These are the Meta lead-form results from four campaigns we ran across that season, taken from Ads Manager.
One operator, one category, one season. We publish these because they are ours to publish, not because they predict what another account will do. How we run aviation campaigns.
Why it matters to the platform
Running this stack every day is how we learned what an operator actually needs: that a quote is lost in the time it takes to work out a ferry leg, that a GST rate depends on whether the trip is a private charter or a pilgrimage package, and that compliance dates are the quietest way to lose an aircraft.
Those lessons are built into the platform we are designing now. See the plan.

Can we count your visit? Google Analytics tells us which pages help people. It runs only if you say yes, and never for adverts. Say no and nothing is tracked. Details
