Charter operators schedule flights in one system, keep customers in another, track maintenance in a third and close their books in Excel. FL3XX, Avinode and Skylegs fixed this for the United States and Europe. Asia, the Middle East and India were left out.
Why this market, and why now
These are not our numbers. They are the market's, and they are the reason a platform built for Asia has room to exist at all.
The booking portal
Most charter websites end at a form. The enquiry lands in an inbox, someone opens a spreadsheet, and the customer waits. The portal we are building is not a brochure page: it reads live availability from the operator's own fleet, and the request arrives inside their operations with the aircraft, the route and the dates already attached.
What the platform actually contains
Every module below exists because an operator described the problem to us, not because a competitor had the feature. Phase tags show when each one is scheduled to arrive.
Capture an enquiry from any channel, score it, turn it into a quote, and keep the whole history in one place, with WhatsApp, email and SMS in the same thread.
Aircraft availability, crew rostering and booking management for individuals and groups, with conflicts surfaced before they become a phone call at midnight.
Automated quotes and invoices with GST and TDS handled correctly, plus expense tracking against each flight rather than each month.
Crew licence and medical expiry alerts, insurance renewals, and the DGCA paperwork trail, tracked by the system instead of by whoever remembers.
A-check and B-check scheduling, spare parts, fuel, and vendor management, connected to the same aircraft record the sales team is quoting against.
Crew and ground staff records, attendance, and payroll that understands flying-hour bonuses and hazard pay rather than fighting them.
Char Dham, Do Dham and custom packages, hotel and ground transport integration, and a white-label portal so agents can book without calling you.
Real-time charter and tour booking with a payment gateway and a customer-facing mobile app. This is the front door the industry mostly still lacks.
Profitability by route, aircraft and customer, and demand prediction for the seasons that actually matter here: Yatra season, election charters, wedding months.
Where we are today
A five-year plan is easy to publish and hard to be held to. So here is exactly what is real right now and what is not.
A services business with revenue, an engineering team across mobile, web, cloud and AI, and direct working relationships inside Indian charter operations. That is what funds the build.
A defined MVP scope, a costed phase plan, and the domain knowledge to tell the difference between a feature operators ask for and one they will actually use.
No paying platform customers. No live product. Phase 1 is a build ahead of us, estimated at six to eight months with a dedicated team.
Two or three Indian operators willing to shape Phase 1 with us as design partners, at pricing that reflects the risk they are taking on a first version.
Straight answers
Design partners
Design partners get Phase 1 shaped around their operation, pricing that reflects the risk, and a direct line to the people writing the code. We are looking for two or three, not twenty.
