This policy covers novaaviators.com and every way you can reach us through it: the enquiry form, email, WhatsApp and phone. It is published by NovaAviators Digital Solutions Pvt. Ltd., NX-ONE, T4-A601, Tech Zone IV, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201306, India.
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 we are the Data Fiduciary for the information you give us, which means we decide what happens to it and answer for it. You are the Data Principal.

When you fill in the enquiry form, we receive your name, your company if you give one, your email address, your phone number with its country code, the services you are interested in, a rough budget and start date if you choose them, and your message.
When you email, WhatsApp or call us, we receive whatever you include: usually your name, number or address, and what you want to talk about.
When you visit any page, our server and security software see your IP address, your browser and device type, the page you asked for and the time. Every website receives this. We use it only to keep the site working and safe.
If you become a client, we also handle whatever the project needs: documents, data, logins to your systems. Your written agreement with us sets out how that is handled, and it takes priority over this page where they differ.
Please do not send us bank or card details, passwords, Aadhaar or other identity numbers, or health information through this website. We do not need them to reply to you.
