We build Android and iOS apps for Indian businesses whose work happens on a ramp, in a hangar, on a shop floor or in somebody's basement. That means the app has to open on a ₹9,000 phone, survive the moment the signal drops, and be usable by a person wearing gloves.
Why apps get abandoned
They fail because the person who has to use them every day quietly goes back to paper, and nobody in the office finds out for a month.
The demo went beautifully in a meeting room. Then it met a basement, a lift shaft, and the third floor of a factory in Manesar, and it spent the day showing a spinner.
Small buttons, tiny text, a form that needs both hands. The people using it are outdoors in the sun, often wearing gloves, usually holding something else.
Staff fill the form on the app and still write it in the register, because nothing downstream actually changed. An app only sticks when it removes a step somebody hated.
Android, iOS, or both
Nobody should sell you a platform before they have seen the job. Here is how we actually decide, and we will tell you when the cheaper answer is the right one.
| Approach | When it is right | What it costs you |
|---|---|---|
| One codebase, both stores Flutter or React Native |
Most business apps. Field operations, booking, delivery, inspections, dealer and customer portals. One team, one set of screens, both stores from the same work. | A few percent slower than native on heavy animation, and you wait a little for brand new OS features. For the apps we build, neither shows up in daily use. |
| Native Android and native iOS Kotlin and Swift |
Heavy camera or scanning work, Bluetooth hardware, background location all day, or anything where battery is the product. | Roughly 1.6 to 1.9 times the build, because it is two apps. Worth it when the phone's hardware is the whole point. |
| Android first, iOS later | Internal apps for staff and field teams in India, where nearly every device is Android anyway. | Nothing, if the plan says so from day one. We structure the code so iOS is an addition, not a rewrite. |
| No app at all | Occasional use, a form a customer fills twice a year, or anything nobody will install. A fast mobile web page wins. | We lose the bigger project. You keep the money. We would rather say it now than after the invoice. |
How we build
A day with the people who will use it. What they carry, where the signal dies, which register they fill at 6pm. Almost every good decision comes from this day.
Before any code, you get something you can tap on your own phone and hand to a technician. Arguments are cheap here and expensive later.
The app stores work on the device and syncs when it can. This is a decision made in week one, because bolting it on afterwards means rewriting the app.
Not on the newest iPhone. On the ₹9,000 Android handsets your team actually carries, with a slow connection and a full storage card.
Your Google Play and Apple Developer accounts, your signing keys, your repository. If you replace us, the app stays yours and stays on the store.
What is included
Work saves on the device, syncs when there is signal, and resolves conflicts sensibly when two people edited the same job. The app always tells the user what is waiting.
An app without a back office is half a project. You get a web dashboard to see jobs, users, reports and exports, built at the same time as the app.
Play Console and App Store Connect setup, privacy policy, data safety form, screenshots, listing copy and the review back and forth, which is where most first-time launches lose three weeks.
Google Play requires apps to keep targeting a recent Android version or they stop reaching new users, and Apple moves too. We quote maintenance openly instead of leaving it as a surprise.
Wired in from the first build, so a crash on one model of phone in one state is something we can see, rather than something you hear about in a complaint.
Signing keys, store accounts, repository and cloud project are created in your name. No agency holding the key that lets your app be updated.

The first conversation is free and comes with no deck. If a spreadsheet and a WhatsApp group would do the job, we will say that instead of quoting.
