How quickly will someone reply?

Within 48 hours, from a person. Office hours are Monday to Saturday, 9:30am to 6:30pm IST, so an enquiry sent on Saturday evening is answered on Monday.

Is the first conversation really free?

Yes. It takes around twenty minutes, on a call or at the office, and it comes with no deck. It ends with either a fixed price against a written scope, or an honest answer that you do not need custom software.

Will you sign an NDA before we talk?

Yes. Send your NDA with the enquiry and it can be signed before you share anything sensitive.

Do you work with businesses outside India?

What should I send before the first call?

Nothing is required. If you have them, a link to what exists today, a few screenshots, or the spreadsheet everyone complains about. Three lines on what should be different in six months is worth more than a long brief.

Are my details shared with anyone?

No. What you send is used to reply to your enquiry and nothing else. It is not added to a mailing list and not passed to anyone outside NovaAviators. The Privacy Policy sets out the detail.
